Mark has directly supported 40+ deals and equity transactions with a combined value in excess of $7B. Since 2018, Mark’s partnered with four Founder Clients; he understands the passion Founders have for their companies and people. Recently served as the Human Resources PMO in 9 carve-outs, buy-side and bolt-on transactions with transaction values from $50MM to $400MM and headcount ranging from tens to 7000. Mark is respected for his ability to work just as easily with executives of $2B, 35-country conglomerates staffing 6000, as he is with $1M, start-up entrepreneurs.

Mark has developed HR Due Diligence and first 100-Day Integration Playbooks to define priorities, create action items, milestones, and to craft corporate governance protocols post-acquisition. He has crafted “day 0” change management strategies, and defined organizational capabilities & designs, and introduced “Talent to Value” people processes to scale for growth.

He has created the operating models and organizational roadmaps for start-ups, one of which was recognized by Forbes as a “Top 20 Best Small Company.” Mark builds high-performing organizations, and has successfully driven organizational transformations, facilitated restructures, and led “cost out” initiatives. Two organizations were recognized with “Best Place to Work” awards.
